Charlotte Brooks is a 5-year old diagnosed with cerebral palsy and is deaf and blind. 

   She has spent much of her life in and out of hospitals. In April, she was admitted to the hospital with multiple viruses that greatly impacted her lung capacity and left her with a life expectancy of a few months.

   After spending more than 100 days in the hospital, her parents Kameron and Stephanie Brooks chose to take her home to live her final days in peace.
